Shipping policy

HOLIDAY UPDATE:  We are currently unable to guarantee delivery by certain dates at this time due to the current delays USPS is experiencing with COVID-19 and Holiday shipping rush. 

We guarantee that we will ship within 24 to 48 hours!  But, we have no way to ensure that USPS will deliver packages within a certain timeframe at this point.  We truly hate this!  But, it is out of our hands. 

If you experience issues with delivery, please contact USPS with your tracking number.

You get FREE shipping on all orders over $75.00!

Most orders placed Monday-Friday will ship within 24 hours. Orders placed after 1 PM CST will be shipped on the following business day. However during high volume shipping periods, please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be processed prior to shipping.

Any items that are custom made or personalized will take longer to process and ship as we want to be sure we get everything just right! Please allow 7 to 10 business days for any custom and/or personalized items to be completed prior to shipping.

We do not ship on Sundays, so orders placed after 6 pm on Friday and throughout the weekend, will ship on the next business day. Please know we are as excited for you to receive your items as you are and promise to work as quickly as possible to get your items to you right away!

Please note that USPS tracking can take 24 hours of processing to update, and up to 48 hours during high volume shipping times.
